I make a lot of Conrad's baby food, so he gets to try all different kinds of things...like beets. He really loves his veggies and doesn't seem to be as into his fruits. Then again, we've only done bananas, so we still have a bunch more to try.

I just read in a book last night that beets aren't safe to make at home...have you checked into that? It could be that, in our region, the level of nitrates is low or something...but let me know. I'm gonna try to make SOME of M's food...not all of it since time will be limited, so I've been interested in that stuff.
