Conrad has graduated from the ophthalmology clinic with flying colors. He no longer has ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity.) We don't have to go back to the clinic for 4 months, which is very exciting news!
When he has his eyes examined at this age, they have to use retractors to hold the eye open and it looks absolutely horrible and he absolutely hates it. I'm just glad that he won't have to go through that anymore...yesterday was horrible! He screamed, cried and kicked as hard as he could during the exam. Needless to say, yesterday's afternoon nap was very long...he was wiped out!
